Hey there, this is a proposal for upgrading the dashbot library.
dashbot has upgraded dashbot-logger and redact-pii dependencies as peerDependencies.
dashbot-logger is only needed when using the alexa integration of dashbot (janis-for-npm uses universal)
redact-pii is only needed when passing a redact config when initializing dashbot (janis-for-npm does not)
This update will allow projects that use janis-for-npm to not depend on dashbot-logger and redact-pii, 2 very large dependencies as these dependencies are not needed by the usage that you make of dashbot.
