Never include the value of token online, it's equivalent to a passsword. I've gone ahead and edited your post to remove it.

It looks like you have a branch protection rule on the branch you're trying to deploy to. You need to increase the permissions of the user who owns the token, or adjust the branch protection rule so it's not in place, or so that user has permissions to override it.
