DESIGN OF A WEB-BASED REPORT EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS

This application serves as a requirement for the Software Design course. A Web Application for Commission on Higher Education

General Objectives:

The main objective of the project is to develop a web-based evaluation system for evaluating and storing reports for institutions accredited under CHED. It must meet the needs of the client in compliance with engineering and other relevant standards while taking into consideration the constraints including economic, sustainability, and security along with computation of trade-offs from selected constraints

Specific Objectives:

To develop a system that:

• Authenticates user credentials and authorizes the user to access the web application as either administrator or user.
• Allows users to upload files to the server in the following document formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx.
• Allows users to create, read, update, and delete individual institutional records consisting of name, address, and evaluation records.
• Test and evaluate the system’s accuracy.
