get방식으로 요청이 들어왔을 때는 기존에 cashing한 데이터를 응답 가능하고, post방식으로 요청이 들어왔을 때는 그렇지 않습니다. 따라서 경우에 따라 알맞은 요청 방식을 사용해야 합니다.
좀 더 정확하게 글을 수정하고자 pr합니다.
