Projectile: fix Problem Description

The problem description for Projectile doesn't quite match the purpose of the software. We should change the problem description from:

"A system is needed to efficiently and correctly predict the landing position of a projectile."

to

"A system is needed to efficiently and correctly predict whether a launched projectile hits its target."
