Today a Squadron holds exactly one folder. CreateSquadronRequest takes one projectId (packages/contracts/src/j5.ts), no folder can be added after creation, and thread creation is refused unless the Squadron references exactly the thread's project (SquadronThreadCreationService.ts). Storage is already list-shaped (SquadronProjectReferences.ts, ordered by ordinal), and two Squadrons over one folder already work.
The Squadron definition says a Squadron targets one or more folders on one environment, with more addable at creation or later (Squadron AC4, AC5). Agent creation offers all of them first, labeled (AC6). Membership stays assigned by the Registrar, never derived from a folder.
Carried over from the dogfood v0 plan's "what the current build narrows" table, which #354 removes.
