The idea behind this is to solely rely on one license and version for the project.
Currently, GPL version 2 is set as official license for Jabref.
Therefore, all other licenses are removed from the repository and GPL2 is moved to a general LICENSE file.
Additionally, I corrected paths to the files (README, LICENSE) inside the build scripts (esp. Ant) and removed a missing file dependency (jgoodies.txt).
Is this feasible this way?
