Another batch of replacing the deprecated DefaultFormBuilder with FormBuilder:
AutoSetExternalFileForEntries, BasePanel, ColorSetupPanel, DBConnectDialog, FromAuxDialog, ManageKeywordsAction, MassSetFieldAction, and SynchronizeFileField.
Clean up in Util.java.
