Checked with the latest development build

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Create two libraries bibliography.bib and koppor-bibliography.bib in the same folder
2. Open both in JabRef
3. Import something
4. Import dialog shows two libraries with the same name
