Better handling of moved files (broken file paths) #8782

Description

Is your suggestion for improvement related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, JabRef doesn't offer a very great experience when moving linked files to a different path. The entry shows a broken link without any option to repair it (not even manually).

Describe the solution you'd like
In the linked thread above, auto linking files was discussed as a possible solution. However, why not use the known file name and search for exactly that name inside a given directory (or subfolders where the .bib file is in)? In case the file name is found, ask the user, whether they want to change the broken link to that one. If more than one file is found, let the user decide.
