JabRef resets window size and position when a dialog occurrs

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Whenever a dialog appears, windows settings are reset.

Dialog appearances examples:

• Backup of entry found
• Runtime exception

Workaround: Install javafx23 early access version from https://builds.jabref.org/jdk-ea/

Installing the jdk-ea version linked above or the current development version of JabRef both solved this for me.

@InAnYan Any idea how to reproduce with an MWE? Can the JavaFX reproducer (https://github.com/Siedlerchr/javafxreproducer/) adapted accordingly?

We need to file an upstream issue - or know that we need to fix JabRefs code.
