The deployment step should be as below:

  • Create v#.# branch and commit updated version directly to the develop,
  • All changes to v#.# should be committed to the develop and then merged to version branch,
  • v#.# should be merged to master during release,
  • Next version development is continuously proceeded on develop and features/bugs branches.
