Feature description

To provide accurate pixel estimates the area per pixel should be as accurate as possible. As a yield study may span a whole country it might not be sufficient to have one target projection and instead we would want to use projections per regions that are most accurate for this region.

Suggested solution

Adapt Snakefile to specify per region epsg in the configuration and use these accordingly
