Warning xUnit1041 on constructor parameter after upgrading to 2.6.0

After upgrading xUnit versions from 2.4.1 to 2.9.2 and Xunit.Extensions.AssemblyFixture from 2.4.1 to 2.6.0, we are encountering the warning xUnit1041 for the assembly fixture parameter in the constructor (dbSetup):

public class DbUtilsTests : IAssemblyFixture<DbSetup>
{
    private readonly IServiceCollection _services;

    public DbUtilsTests(DbSetup dbSetup, ITestOutputHelper testOutputHelper)
    {
    }
}

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this warning?

This AssemblyFixture originates from xunit samples https://github.com/xunit/samples.xunit/blob/main/v2/AssemblyFixtureExample/Samples.cs

in that file there is info that you need to
