Dang, hit a snag (somehow ip's openmp cmake setting is messing with the ufs wm build). I'll look into this next week and either set up a chained env in 1.7.0 or figure it out for 1.8.0. |

Summary
This PR changes the default ip version to ip@5, making sp no longer needed.
