feat: add widget shape selector (square/wide/tall/free)

What and Why

• Make the app easier to use by keeping settings/statistics in the same window.
• Improve readability and flexibility with resizing and fixed shape presets.
• Provide quick access to configuration on first run.

Changes

1. Widget

• Increased default size and centered on first run.
• Enabled resizing; applied fixed aspect ratios for Square/Wide/Tall; Free mode for unrestricted resizing.
• Kept frame-less look; improved typography sizing.
• Window management
• Replaced separate settings window with in-window view switching.
• Added “Back” button in settings to return to the widget.
• Auto-open settings on startup for easy onboarding.

2. Settings

• Added “WIDGET SHAPE” selector (Square, Wide, Tall, Free).
• Persisted widgetShape in config and applied sizing on opening the widget.
• IPC/Main
• open-settings and open-widget now load views in the same BrowserWindow.
• Saved config updates are reflected live without spawning new windows.
