What is this?

This is just that contains as many language learning resources as possible. They can be described as using: Natural approach, Comprehensible input or TPRS.

This is made with the help of our fellows here on r\languagelearning

If I made any mistakes, please create a pull request with the needed fixes or create an issue. I haven't personally verified all of them. You are more than welcome to make improvements.

Languages

English.

Engvid Videos. Has more channels, each for other mother tongue.

English Comprehensible Input for ESL Beginners Youtube channel.

English by The Nature Method Youtube playlist of a comprehensible book read aloud. Really worth checking both this playlist and the rest of this youtube channel.

Esperanto

Learn Esperanto - Direct Method Videos.

French

Le Français Par La Méthode Nature An really nice book (over 1100 pages) that uses the natural method. There is also an audio version on youtube.

French in Action Video series developed at Yale.

DrDru's comprihensible japanese website A website that acts like a book that somehow teaches you japanese for beginners.

LinguaLatina - read Book that is read by ScorpioMartianus on youtube. For the real book check Lingua Latina on Google :)

Mandarin

Coyote Chinese NOT ONLY FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS, read the description on the page. Free courses in the public domain from the Defense Language and Foreign Service institutes in the United States.

Modern Hebrew

Alisa Zingerman - The Hebrew Hub I found that Bible Stories in Easy Modern Hebrew series does the trick

Portuguese

Russian

Comprehensible Russian Videos. Some have links to the PDFs with the text.

TPRS Russian Podcast Podcasts. They stream on iTunes, Stitcher and Spotify.

Russian With Max Videos. You can find the PDFs into the description. He also has podcasts.

Short Stories in Russian for Beginners by Olly Richards Book. You can either find the book or just listen them being read on youtube as there is a number of channels doing that.

Russian from Russia Youtube channel with explanations about the country and the language in Russian.

Russian Progress Intermediate/Advanced channel in Russian with subtitles in Russian, English, French and German.

Coyote Russian Princeton Courses in the public domain. Audio only in Russian. Worth checking out.

Dreaming Spanish Youtube videos.

Turkish

Ali Yılmaz Youtube channel. Has some nice explanations regarding pronunciation, grammar and more. Also has some stories.

Learn Turkish Through Stories and Tales Youtube playlist of comprehensible stories in turkish. There are more to be added.

Other useful links

LANGUAGE LINKS DATABASE Lots of other resources for many languages.

FluentU Paid app. Has lots of videos translated in Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, German, Japanese, English, Italian, Russian, and Korean. Worth getting the trial and then deciding for yourself.

Beelinguapp Has texts in many languages, translated into english. Really great resource for reading, listening and translating. It has Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, Korean, French, Hindi, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic, Italian and Japanese. Has a paid version, but the free one is ok.

Drops Learn vocabulary using images. This may be good for more advanced users. I personally don't recommend buying it unless you are more advanced in the target language.

TED Very useful because you can find transcripts of the talks in the target language. Watching it once in English and then reading in the target language may help you develop comprehension.

Assimil Both the app and the books may help you a lot. It is worth trying.
