This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Oaklands Values

This project is a Next.js application that displays stock market data for Oaklands. It fetches data from a public API and presents it in a user-friendly interface, allowing for searching, filtering, and sorting of stock items.

Recent Updates

• Resolved TypeScript linting errors (no-unused-vars, no-explicit-any) in app/lib/api.ts and app/stock-market/page.tsx.
• Corrected type inconsistencies in app/lib/api.ts to align with CategorizedStockItem definitions.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Robots.txt

A robots.txt file has been added to the public directory to control web crawler access to the site. This helps manage which parts of the site are indexed by search engines.
