A user has reported some behavior that seems odd:

https://groups.google.com/d/msg/islandora/D3SF8AJjnWU/uVhM55TfDwAJ

I will be reaching out to the user to gather more information and determine if I can reproduce the behavior.

Double check whether this issue #32 may be related to issue #81.

Confirm that this is still a reproducible issue.

I've been able to reproduce this issue using an Islandora Vagrant running 7.x-1.10 and the latest commit from Oral Histories. I reproduced using the transcript XML and audio file for an object where this behavior was first reported on the Islanodra mailing list. It's still unclear where the problem is coming from - possibly a combination both data and software since we haven't seen this behavior elsewhere on a consistent basis. I'll keep exploring to see if I can come up with any ideas.

Looking at this some more, the issue appears to happen when using the next and previous buttons to navigate between cues. There is a second or two delay before audio can be heard. When listening from cue to cue without using the next or previous buttons this does not happen and no audio is missed.
