failed to install extlzma

I had to download XZ Utils and manually install the lzma files to the include and lib dir of ruby mingw64 on windows.
Other wise it will run into

ERROR:  Error installing mikunyan:
        ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

Maybe the document should be updated.
