Data from the study ‘Modeling continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data during sleep’ (Gaynanova I, Punjabi N, Crainiceanu CM. Biostatistics, 2020) has been made available under the agreement facilitated by Dr. Irina Gaynanova. A sample of data from 5 subjects is shared for research purposes and included under the terms of the ‘Iglu’ package agreement.
