When writing a string to the PLC and length more than declared exception occurs

• Determine the max size of the string when size not explicitly declared for AX & TIA
• Limit to the actual max size of declared variable/field.
• String Onliner should impose the limit when necessary
• ixc should provide the information about the declared size.
