Try to get Bernie Cosell's ELIZA running in Medley

Jess Shrager's ELIZAGEN repo includes a transcription of a listing of Bernie Cosell's 1969 Eliza, which he wrote in BBN Lisp.

Given that BBN Lisp became Interlisp, it may just run unchanged in Medley.

I plan to give it a try.
