Implement library checker in sindri #66

Currently the biggest issue new developers face is that they don't have required libraries installed such as libssl or libasound.
Using something like ldconfig we're able to see if those libraries are available to the linker when running sindri.

We want to implement a check that runs when building yggdrasil using sindri that verifies that the required libraries are installed, and if they're not it should provide a clear guide on how to install those libraries on the users system.
