Create Versioning

Currently, AP lacks real versioning. We currently just place some Admonitions around the docs, which is a real pain in the ass to maintain and a pain for the users if they use some older builds

I currently work on improving this using mike and with this setup guide: https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/setup/setting-up-versioning/

I work on a private test project to make this possible while using github actions with netlify
