Removing the Summit 2024 link and adding it to past events

Hi Andrea,

can you do the following changes on the "additional information" section of the Community drop down part of the website please:
Remove the "InnerSource Summit 2024" part and put it into the "Past Summits" section.
Create a "InnerSource Summit 2025" link to be populated. I will create a new issue to populate that link
