Ministry Form Checker — Form 42-B

This utility performs basic validation of internal Ministry forms prior to routing through official channels.

Usage

Valid Form Structure

Submissions must include the following fields:

name: Full name of applicant
purpose: Purpose of the request

Incomplete forms may result in administrative delays or archival rejection under Filing Clause 7C.

Internal Distribution Notice

From the Desk of the Department of Magical Records and Interdepartmental Correspondence

Pursuant to Decree No. 942 of the Magical Communications Act (1947), all enchanted owl post submitted via interdepartmental channels must undergo automatic review and filtration to ensure compliance with Ministry enchantment standards.

Form 42-B is used to inspect and verify secure missives delivered through authorized channels. Personnel cleared for disenchantment may input confidential keys to reveal contents. All outgoing replies are re-enchanted for delivery via designated owl.
