Influentia is a system designed to provide scalable, personalized 1:1 customer success experiences for every user. It integrates a Customer Data Platform (CDP) with an intelligent automation engine to move beyond traditional, static marketing flows.
Traditional journey builders, flows, and automations, while useful, often result in a one-size-fits-all experience. Defining triggers, mapping messages, delays, and conditions requires significant manual effort. Even with personalization tokens and AI blocks, these "Static Flows" lack true adaptability to individual user needs and behaviour in real-time.
Influentia addresses this by building a comprehensive understanding of each user through its integrated CDP and leveraging this data for truly personalized engagement.
The core innovation is the ZeroFlow. Unlike static flows, ZeroFlow aims to be an adaptive system that learns and adjusts based on user behaviour, predefined goals, and ongoing results.
