I have a similar, maybe the same issue, and a seemingly common factor between playlists, see bottom.

I guess @Paladin2xx1 means that some online playlists appear empty when opening them, at least that happens for me.
@Paladin2xx1 , if this is your issue, you may want to change the title of this issue to something like "[Bug] Some online playlists appear empty very recently", so other users or the developers can identify it better.

Update: Now every online playlist is empty, when yesterday some were still working. Slow rollout of a backend change by Google? Anyway, below is status report from yesterday:
[I have a couple of playlists saved, 2 local and 25 online (bookmarked locally).
Only some of the online playlists appear empty since yesterday(?), the local ones work both.]

[If I had to guess, it may be their online creation date, at least it seems this way judging from my bookmarked playlists.
What I assume to be older playlists, they have this issue.
Old playlists that are recently updated are also empty for me.]

[Only newer playlists (I can only roughly estimate a creation date the last 2-3 years, if at all close) open with all their videos inside for me, regardless if opening in the bookmark tab or from a search.
I also wanted to add that it seems to be irrelevant if the actual videos inside are much older if the playlist itself was created more recent.]

[This observation might also be completely irrelevant, but I figured it's best to mention how it looks on my end anyway (without the actual possibility to look up how old they are).]

Same here, but it's with all playlists I have been looking at online. Locals I have no issue with, but any playlist I look up on youtube shows the message "no videos" so I use the Open In Browser option to circumvent it.
