This PR updates metafiles for the Infineon PSOC6 Boards core to align with current packaging practices.
- In platform.txt, the hardcoded version is removed and replaced with an empty version field along with clarifying comments.
- In package/config.yml, the "examples" entry has been removed from the include list.
