A Claude-powered web app that privately matches South Side Chicago residents to real, verified food, housing, health, and legal resources — built after volunteering at the St. Sabina Employment Resource Center in Auburn Gresham. No sign-in, nothing stored; the assistant is hard-scoped to a hand-verified resource list so it can never invent an address or phone number.
