Configuration UI now displays options for ElevenLabs for group announcements.
You will need to create an account with [ElevenLabs](https://elevenlabs.io) and add some voices to your library. You will need an API key so that Indigo can use that credential to interact with their API.

The ElevenLabs TTS voices offer inflected, accurate voices in multiple languages; and this pull request adds the ability to use these voices for Group Announcements in the plugin.
Use of this feature requires an account with ElevenLabs, an API key, and voices in the user's voice library.
