git clone https://github.com/ImagingLectures/Aunira2025-ImageProcessing.git

The needed packages can be installed using pixi

cd Aunira2025-ImageProcessing
pixi run jupyter-notebook

locate the notebook in notebook/AUNIRA-ImageProcessing.ipynb Click on start presentation:
