Slim jumping when zooming in and out of slides

Hi together,

we had this problem before and thought that it was due to the values in TotalPixelMatrixOriginSequence, which were not matching between VOLUME images and the THUMBNAIL image (which Slim uses as top of the pyramid as far as I know). See 1st problem in issue here for reference: imi-bigpicture/wsidicomizer#134.

Now again for one sample, I generated with wsidicomizer from mirax, I experience the same problem (see video appended).

For VOLUMES and THUMBNAIL the TotalPixelMatrixOriginSequence is:

I am not sure it is the same issue @CPBridge.

Few more comments on that issue:

• The sample works fine with QuPath, no jumping here
• Also the jumping disappears when I remove the THUMBNAIL completely
