Telegram echo bot

Install:

1) Python
2) MySQL
3) Enter to terminal:
pip install pyTelegramBotAPI
pip install pymysql
pip install pyowm
4) Configure DB settings in config.py

Run:

1) Run MySQL Server
2) Enter to cmd:
bot.py
