STG 2.5 -Language options update. - Final

this program is now 100% complete with language options (mostly Eng-us)
from this release forward it's just bug fixing, no new features planed.

Requires:
Windows: jdk-21_windows-x64_bin or superior
Linux: openjdk-19.0.2_linux-x64_bin.tar or superior

STG2 2.24 Full release

Project got extended. This is the Stage 2 full update. it's over a year of work from the last version.
This version still lacks language options to English. All the program main features are now complete.
Tested extensively for Windows 10 and LTS 22.04 ubuntu and Pop!_OS (for some reason).
