Updated samples for react 19
Fixed 2 of the samples for Stepper: steptypes, animations

Steptypes

Radio buttons were not working
Rewritten into a functional component

Animations

Switching steps threw an error.
Dropdowns were showing multiple elements as active
Duration wasn't changing anything
