Conditional Cell Styling Styles

## Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Current Conditional cell styling capability is available only thorough cellClasses property but I would like use Style binding to dynamically style elements.

I would like to be able to set Conditional Cell Styling through cell Styles property.
