SASS Properties for the Chip's Remove Button not Exposed

Description

In case one wants to style the remove button of a chip, for example its background color when hovered or active, one has to use the CSS selector of the button, instead of sticking to the Ignite UI-way of custom styling the components.

Expected result

A SASS property for the described behaviors to be exposed.
