Description

The snackbar inside the grid template renders its action button without a type attribute:

igniteui-angular/projects/igniteui-angular/snackbar/src/snackbar/snackbar.component.html

Lines 9 to 11 in ebb34dc

<button igxButton (click)="triggerAction()">
{{ actionText }}
</button>

If the grid is placed inside a form, this button becomes the form's default button. Pressing Enter in any text input inside the form (e.g. the quick-filter row, filterMode="quickFilter") triggers implicit submission.

  1. Wrap a form around a grid
    2. 

  2. Open the quick filter of any column, type a value, press Enter.
    3. 



Actual Result


Site will reload.

No form submission should be triggered.
