Checkbox size and disabled state in Bootstrap #11096

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Checkbox size should be 16x16px in the Bootstrap theme. Currently, its' size is 14x14px.
And the Checkbox disabled state is not accurate (see Web Components).
Describe the solution you'd like
16x16px size and accurate disabled state in light and dark schema.
