tabcontrol when there is no tabpage

On the tabcontrol selector it shows with errors if thre is no tabs on the tabcontrol.
Im making a webbrowser and it does not work when i have no tab pages because im adding tab pages in the script if you can fix this that would be grate.

In my case, it was same when I deleted a tab also. I had to delete all tab control to solve this problem..
