The intention with this PR is to testout how penrose would workout in a
nix-based environment.
Guess we will find out how it will perform based on how much research I do on
cargo and its behaviour. Apologies to the folks who are expecting something
great out of this, its my first time ever attempting to package anything related
to rust for nixpkgs.. :/
