[codex] Align with lark-cli 1.0.53

Summary

• update LarkFS control domains for @larksuite/cli 1.0.53
• add Note and _system skills query/op coverage
• expose newly added Base, Sheets, IM, Wiki, Task, Calendar, and Minutes shortcut interfaces
• split large VFS control maps into focused files and add black-box command routing coverage
