Quandora listing, ownership verification and updates #12

Hi PluginsMP team,
I’m Vincy from Quandora, an investment research plugin for strategy research, historical backtesting, and paper trading. Users sign in to their own Quandora account; the product does not execute real-money trades.
We’d like to clarify:

1. Is automatic GitHub discovery the only listing method, or can we submit our repository for review?
2. Are plugins requiring an external account and a separately paid service eligible?
3. How can we verify that the listing belongs to our official team?
4. How are updates and corrections handled? Are there any listing fees?
   Our engineering team can provide the repository and technical details.
