For anyone still waiting on this: the fork at github.com/ReCasaOS/CasaOS-Install has had two-factor authentication on the admin account since early September. TOTP with any authenticator app, recovery codes, enrolment from the account panel, and the login page asks for the code once it is on. It installs over an existing CasaOS with the curl | bash line in its README.
