Adds support for pagy (#23)

* Removes empty space at the end of line

* Renames module total_count_header duplicate variable to total_pages_header

* Loads the configuration for each pagination gem after pager finished loading

* Adds page support

* Updates the README to include Pagy and make it the default handler

* Gives a bit of style to the page and hooks files

* Updates the gem version to 0.3.0
