Release for beta testers.

This initial release is designed mostly as a "proof of concept". It includes a "Demo" mode so that users get the basic gist of the Read and Choose game, and a Set-up screen where users can create and edit their own vocabulary lists.

As yet, users can only create, edit and add to vocabulary lists. There is no function to delete either vocabulary lists or single items.
