Migrate to OpenJDK 11

The current IVCT version is build with JDK 8, which is no longer supported by Oracle with public updates. The latest JDK version is 11, which is supported by Oracle as JDK 11 and OpenJDK 11. JDK 11 has commerical restrictions.

suggestion: Migrate to OpenJDK11
