Evaluate dependency on `SDF-pipeline`

We're depending on https://github.com/TUCAN-nest/SDF-pipeline for our test runs. For ease of (long-term) maintenance it might be a good idea to move the package from https://github.com/TUCAN-nest to https://github.com/IUPAC-InChI.
